Mail-In Repair Services

If you cannot visit us in person, our mail-in repair service is a convenient option. Follow the steps below to send your device to us for professional repair and return.

Step 1: Fill Out the Contact Form

Complete the form below with your device and contact information so we can prepare for your device before it arrives.

Step 2: Provide Device Details

Include your device's model number and a description of the issue. Follow the instructions below if you need help finding your model number.

Step 3: Package Your Device Securely

Wrap your device with bubble wrap or other protective materials and place it in a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping.

Step 4: Ship to Our Repair Office

Send your device to our office at the address below. We will contact you as soon as we receive your device to discuss the repair process.

How to Find Your Device's Model Number

For iOS Devices

Settings → General → About: Open the Settings app, navigate to General, then tap About. The model number is displayed next to "Model Number."
Physical Check: On some iPhone models, the model number is printed on the back of the device or in the SIM tray.

For Galaxy Devices

Settings → About Phone: Open the Settings app, scroll down to About Phone. The model number is listed under "Model Number."
Under the Battery: On older models, remove the back cover and check beneath the battery for the model number.
